Required Skills: - Advanced knowledge of OpenText VIM in SAP environments. - Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture (v1909+ preferred). - Proficiency in exception handling, workflow troubleshooting, and indexing processes. - Ability to analyze VIM Analytics and system logs. - Strong grasp of integration between VIM, SAP FI, and SAP MM. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and user support capabilities. - Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
