Job title: SAP Administrator (F/M) Role Summary: Ensure daily SAP system availability and performance, manage incidents, transports, user roles, and support back‑office functions across multiple modules (Logistics, Finance, CRM, e‑commerce, etc.). Expectations: Operate under the Architecture & Back‑Office Operations Manager, coordinate with Competence Centers, maintain transport and role management, monitor system performance, handle OSS tickets, and participate in on‑call rotations. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor SAP environments (performance, dumps, job errors, OSS notes, database evolution). - Manage incidents, transports, user authorizations (roles, CUA). - Handle OSS tickets and coordinate resolutions. - Oversee central system operations: job monitoring, error recovery, crash reviews, on‑call support for critical jobs. - Create, test, and maintain batch chains. - Support technical projects with the external IT manager. - Provide technical oversight for non‑SAP applications (Data Platform, Finance, Logistics). - Conduct technology watch and recommend improvements.
