Job Description
Job title: Revenue & Customer Operations Manager Role Summary: Lead operational excellence for revenue-generating functions, optimizing the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition to expansion. Collaborate with sales, customer success, product, and executive teams to design and implement scalable processes, tooling, and analytics that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and drive growth. Expactations: - Deliver measurable improvements in process efficiency and revenue operations performance. - Communicate operational changes clearly across cross‑functional teams. - Maintain high quality while executing under fast‑paced, high‑growth conditions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic projects in partnership with leadership to build a world‑class revenue operations function. - Own continuous process improvement initiatives across sales, onboarding, expansion, and retention cycles. - Act as liaison between go‑to‑market teams and organization, identifying automation opportunities and ensuring seamless coordination. - Coordinate essential revenue operations processes aligned with strategic goals. - Generate reporting and data analysis on sales, customer success, and operations to inform decision‑making. - Identify and implement tooling and system enhancements to support revenue growth. Required Skills: - 2+ years in revenue, sales, or customer operations or strategic roles in fast‑growth environments. - Deep operational focus with hands‑on implementation experience. - Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, SQL and/or Python. - Excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail. - Strategic mindset with a proven ability to challenge the status quo and deliver tangible improvements. - Collaborative, flexible, and able to wear multiple hats across functions. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field. - Certifications in CRM or revenue operations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) are a plus.
