Job Description

**Job Title:** Business Analyst (Agile) **Role Summary:** Agile Business Analyst embedded in an onboarding squad to support the Smart Investor pension product. Analyzes current digital onboarding processes, translates business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborates with product owners and development teams to deliver a seamless client experience. **Expectations:** - 6‑month contract (PAYE). - Proven experience as an Agile Business Analyst, preferably in digital journey design (app/online/website). - Ability to work independently, quickly absorb existing documentation, and drive solutions in a fast‑paced Agile environment. - Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration with remote teams and third‑party vendors. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct detailed analysis of existing onboarding processes and requirements. - Create and maintain clear user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira/Confluence. - Work with Product Owner to define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog. - Support development squads by clarifying requirements and addressing impediments. - Identify and mitigate challenges throughout the delivery cycle. - Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture. **Required Skills:** - Agile Business Analysis with focus on digital journeys. - Proficiency in Jira and Confluence. - Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder management. - Ability to produce concise user stories and acceptance criteria. - Understanding of back‑end systems, APIs, and integration concepts. - Self‑directed problem‑solving and adaptability to evolving documentation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Agile certification (e.g., CSBA, CSM, PMI‑ACP) preferred but not mandatory.
