Job title: Product Manager – Neurosurgery (Male/Female) Role Summary: Autonomous owner of the product portfolio within the Neurosurgery division, responsible for market analysis, marketing strategy, performance monitoring, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive sales and margin growth. Expectations: - Deliver measurable results aligned with commercial objectives. - Maintain high standards of data integrity and communication. - Demonstrate a proactive, collaborative, and results‑oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct market intelligence (clients, competitors, trends) and produce surveillance reports. 2. Develop and execute coherent marketing plans that support sales targets. 3. Identify and launch targeted operational marketing actions. 4. Track sales, margin, and other KPIs; detect deviations and implement corrective measures. 5. Educate and train sales and support teams on product features and positioning. 6. Promote products through innovative, relevant promotional materials. 7. Liaise closely with field teams and cross‑functional functions (customer service, regulatory, legal, finance). Required Skills: - Strong analytical, strategic planning, and project management abilities. - Excellent oral and written communication; proficiency in leading presentations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Knowledge of Adobe InDesign or similar design tools is advantageous. - Bilingual in English; additional language skills welcome. - Team‑player with a results‑driven attitude. Required Education & Certifications: - Advanced science‑based degree (Biomedicine Engineer, Master in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, etc.) with a marketing specialization preferred. - Demonstrated successful experience as a Medical Device Product Manager. - Regulatory and financial awareness for medical devices is desirable.
