Job Title: Data Engineer – 6 Month Contract Role Summary: Senior contract Data Engineer for a financial services client, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines on SQL Server and Snowflake. Core responsibilities include AWS infrastructure provisioning via Terraform, Kubernetes, and S3; orchestration using Dagster, Prefect, or Airflow; and delivery of data mesh and AI‑integrated products (Snowflake Bedrock, Cortex AI). Works cross‑functionally to create production‑ready, minimum viable data solutions. Expactations: - Deliver high‑quality, scalable data pipelines within contracted timelines. - Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams. - Apply best‑practice coding standards and DevOps principles. - Adapt to evolving technology stack and business needs.
