**Job Title:** Product Owner **Role Summary** Lead product lifecycle in agile teams, focusing on iterative development, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering user-centric solutions for growth in enterprise environments. **Expectations** - Minimum 5+ years as an agile Product Owner in B2B/enterprise contexts. - Preferable industry experience in airline or technical sectors. - Self-driven with analytical, problem-solving, and adaptability-focused mindset. **Key Responsibilities** - Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and acceptance of deliverables for product capabilities. - Manage product backlogs, prioritizing features aligned with strategic roadmaps and business value. - Collaborate with Product Managers and agile teams to refine requirements, resolve dependencies, and activate products. - Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and implement process improvements. - Document product capabilities for external stakeholders and provide training/demonstrations. - Partner with stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure alignment with commercial and technical goals. **Required Skills** - Mastery of agile methodologies and backlog management. - Strong technical understanding to support API/product development. - Analytical problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and time-management expertise. - Detail-oriented focus on quality, customer needs, and cross-team collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications** - Not required (experience-based role; certifications optional).
