Job title: Process Engineer, R&D
Role Summary:
Contribute to the development and optimization of new refining and recycling processes within Corporate R&D, focusing on high‑value raw materials and end‑of‑life recovery (e.g., EV batteries). Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to design experiments, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable reports and presentations.

Deliver process‑innovation solutions that align with growth targets and sustainability goals. Ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and communication in English. Exhibit initiative, problem‑solving skills, and resilience under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and evaluate experimental protocols to achieve defined research objectives.
• Identify and perform necessary tests, calculations, and simulations to support process development.
• Analyze data, interpret results, and consolidate findings in scientific reports and presentations.
• Maintain close collaboration with project leaders and business unit stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends through conferences, publications, and trade fairs.
• Research and assess new methodologies, technologies, materials, and safety considerations.
• Present technical progress clearly to mixed audiences.
Required Skills
• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of materials science, process engineering, and control principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and process modeling (software experience a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to prepare structured reports and deliver presentations.
• Competence in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and effective presentation techniques.

Required Education & Certifications
