**Job Title**
Tech Lead Infrastructure
**Role Summary**
Lead and coordinate global technical teams, oversee on‑prem and Azure Cloud infrastructure, drive project delivery, manage operating system lifecycles, and administer Microsoft 365 services, licensing, and security tools. Provide tier‑3 support and ensure operational excellence across all environments.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 8 years of experience in challenging infrastructure environments.
- Proven track record working with large enterprise accounts.
- Conversational proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical and agile mindset, proactive problem‑solving, and clear written communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Manage and mentor technical teams; monitor activity and provide tier‑3 support globally.
2. Supervise on‑prem and Azure Cloud services, including Azure 27 Landing Zones, Active Directory, DNS, Radius, SMTP, PKI, SSRPM, Entra Connect, and OKTA.
3. Lead projects, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
4. Handle OS lifecycle management, documentation, and operational readiness.
5. Administer Microsoft 365 environment: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licensing, and distribution group policies.
6. Implement security solutions: Sentinel One, Tanium, Akamai EAA, and manage certificates and rendering farm infrastructure.
7. Oversee storage (NetApp BlueXP), virtualization (Citrix, AVD), and compliance (M2C, MCO).
8. Manage multi‑platform device environment via WorkSpace One.
9. Ensure policy enforcement, compliance, and continuous improvement across all infrastructure components.
**Required Skills**
- Leadership and team management in a global context.
- Deep knowledge of Azure Cloud architecture and on‑prem infrastructure.
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, networking, PKI, and M365 administration.
- Experience with security platforms (Sentinel One, Tanium, Akamai).
- Project management and documentation capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Agile, detail‑oriented, and proactive mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications preferred:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: M365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent.
