**Job Title** Application Support Coordinator (M/F) **Role Summary** Coordinate and lead internal and external application support teams (Level 1 and Level 1+) to ensure high‑quality service delivery and user satisfaction. **Expectations** Drive operational excellence through ITIL best practices, structured processes, and continuous improvement of support capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** - Establish and manage Level 1/1+ support teams (internal and external). - Design, prioritize, and maintain support processes and workflows. - Monitor service quality metrics and enforce ITIL standards. - Coach, train, and develop support staff. - Collaborate with technical, functional, and business stakeholders to resolve incidents and improve applications. - Report on performance and recommend enhancements. **Required Skills** - Proven experience coordinating application support teams (L1/L2). - Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and managed‑services environments. - Ability to plan, prioritize, and animate mixed teams. - Excellent communication, service orientation, and operational leadership. - Problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management aptitude. **Required Education & Certifications** - ITIL Foundation or higher (preferably ITIL V4). - Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).

Job Description
**Job Title** Backup Support N2 Polyvalent – Conversational English **Role Summary** Provide level‑2 IT support as a backup for technicians, covering user assistance, deployments, migrations, and mobile device enrollment across the region. **Expectations** Deliver timely, accurate service, maintain documentation, adapt to new technologies, communicate effectively in English, and uphold high service standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as backup for on‑call technicians during absences. - Provide 1°/2° support to all users, including VIPs (phone and onsite). - Manage deployments, migrations, and installations of hardware and software. - Administer first‑level user accounts in Active Directory and related applications. - Support mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) and enroll them through Microsoft Intune. - Resolve tickets, perform remote troubleshooting, and maintain accurate logs. - Draft procedures and update knowledge base documentation. **Required Skills** - Proficient in Windows OS, Citrix, Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Outlook. - Experience troubleshooting iOS, Android, and Windows Mobile devices. - Solid Active Directory administrative knowledge. - Strong technical autonomy, meticulous attention to detail, and process adherence. - Excellent verbal communication, customer‑service orientation, and teamwork skills. - Conversational proficiency in English (written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a Bac (Bachelor) or equivalent (Bac + 1 to Bac + 2) in IT or related field. - At least 1 year of experience in a multi‑skill level‑2 support role.
