Job Description

Job Title: IT Audit Manager Role Summary: Lead and execute IT audit engagements across infrastructure, cybersecurity, SAP (ECC6/S/4HANA), and digital platforms. Oversee a small team of IT auditors, ensure quality assurance, and integrate audit findings with finance and business functions. Drive continuous improvement of audit processes and incorporate data analytics to enhance insight. Expectations: 4–8+ years in IT audit or consulting (e.g., Big 4), proven leadership, strong stakeholder‑management capabilities, fluent in English, and advanced analytical tool proficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, conduct, and report on IT audits covering infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications (SAP ECC6/S/4HANA). - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT auditors, setting objectives and maintaining high delivery standards. - Partner with finance and business audit teams to deliver integrated assurance and risk mitigation. - Leverage data analytics platforms (Power BI, Alteryx) to improve audit quality and uncover risk trends. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and refine IT audit methodology and strategy. Required Skills: - Expertise in IT General Controls, application controls, cybersecurity frameworks, and SAP environments. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven audit skills. - Leadership experience with team management, performance coaching, and project oversight. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities in English. - Proficiency with Power BI and Alteryx (or similar) data analytics tools. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - Professional certification preferred: CISA, CISM, or equivalent audit/CS certification.
