Job Title: Forward Deployed Engineer
Role Summary: Deliver technical consulting and project leadership for Aircall’s AI Agent deployments. Own design, implementation, and operationalization of low‑code AI solutions that integrate with CRMs, help desks, and communication tools, ensuring measurable customer impact and scalable frameworks.
Expactations:
- Complete end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑enabled workflows on time, within scope, and meeting defined performance metrics.
- Translate customer processes into scalable technical architectures and reusable templates.
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration, empower teams, and maintain product excellence at scale.
- Contribute to business growth by generating new pipeline and achieving regional revenue targets for AI offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer discovery, design sessions, and solution architecture mapping.
- Build and deploy integrations via low/no‑code platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato) and CRM automation tools (HubSpot Workflows, Salesforce Flow) using API connectors.
- Validate technical feasibility with Engineering, resolve blockers, and share field insights for product improvement.
- Configure AI Agent intents, prompts, actions, guardrails, and performance metrics.
- Manage complex cross‑functional deployments: timelines, stakeholder alignment, accountability, and deliverables.
- Create reusable frameworks (templates, playbooks, reference architectures) to accelerate future projects.
- Champion continuous learning: train peers, run workshops, document best practices.
- Run targeted outbound campaigns to generate pipeline and support adoption.
- Collaborate with GTM leadership on forecast accuracy, performance tracking, and AI Voice Agent roadmap.
- Enable product education for System Integrators and channel partners.
- Maintain deep awareness of AI and customer experience trends.
Required Skills:
- Fluent in API integration and low‑code/no‑code development platforms.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross‑functional initiatives.
- Ability to translate business processes into technical architectures.
- Familiarity with CRM automation (HubSpot, Salesforce) and workflow orchestration (Zapier, Make, Workato, n8n, Workato).
- Analytical mindset to define and measure performance metrics for AI solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and customer‑centric delivery.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications in low‑code/no‑code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n) and CRM automation (HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred.
