Job Title: Marketing & Events Manager
Role Summary:
Lead the development, execution, and measurement of local marketing campaigns and events in France, aligning with global brand and business development objectives. Act as the primary liaison between French market stakeholders and global teams, ensuring all initiatives reflect local relevance while maintaining brand consistency.
Expectations:
- Deliver high-impact, locally relevant marketing campaigns that support client and sector business development goals.
- Manage sponsorships and strategic partnerships, evaluating ROI and renewal opportunities.
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, coordinating logistics, content, and post-event follow‑up.
- Leverage digital and social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and innovate campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt global/regional marketing strategies into France‑specific content, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Own end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle: planning, creative execution, launch, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with external partners, including sponsors and media outlets.
- Coordinate event logistics, guest targeting, messaging, and evaluation against KPIs (attendance, engagement, feedback).
- Drive digital presence: localise global content, manage French social channels, and optimise online reach.
- Conduct performance analysis, generate KPI reports, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with CRM, BD, communications, and global teams to integrate marketing activities.
- Maintain consistency with global brand standards and contribute to best‑practice libraries and playbooks.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in corporate marketing, campaign planning, and event management.
- Strong background in sponsorship acquisition, partnership evaluation, and ROI measurement.
- Hands‑on expertise with social media and digital content strategy.
- Analytical mindset; proficient in data analysis, performance dashboards, and marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, document management, and marketing reporting software.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and independent work style; excellent time‑management and attention to detail.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree acceptable with 10+ years of related experience.
- No specific certifications required, but experience with marketing analytics or event‑management platforms is desirable.
