**Job Title:** Analytics and AI Enablement Lead
**Role Summary:** Owns the full lifecycle of analytics and AI‑powered products—from market research and vision through roadmap, development, launch, and iteration. Acts as a bridge between AI engineering, data science, design, and business strategy, translating complex technologies into user‑focused solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
**Expectations:**
- Drive end‑to‑end product delivery that aligns with business strategy and delivers tangible metrics (adoption, retention, accuracy).
- Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring bias mitigation, privacy, fairness, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, manage product backlogs, and prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and value.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop product vision, roadmap, and market‑aligned feature sets.
- Partner with engineering, ML/data science, underwriting, marketing, sales, and legal to shape requirements from concept to release.
- Govern use‑case prioritization and stakeholder alignment with executive leadership.
- Translate business objectives into actionable backlog items; manage agile sprints, MVPs, and beta launches.
- Conduct market/competitive analysis, customer interviews, and user testing to refine product direction.
- Establish, track, and analyze KPIs; iterate on AI functionality using data‑driven insights.
- Implement risk mitigation for bias, privacy, and regulatory concerns.
- Support go‑to‑market planning, sales enablement, marketing materials, and stakeholder communication.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep understanding of data science, AI/ML fundamentals (algorithms, model training/evaluation, NLP/CV, model validation).
- 5–7+ years in product management with a track record of launching AI or data‑driven solutions.
- Proficiency in agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking; ability to derive insights from data and guide ML development.
- Excellent communication: translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences, craft clear PRDs and user stories.
- Leadership and empathy to manage diverse, cross‑functional teams and drive alignment.
- Adaptability and creativity to navigate rapid AI evolution.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications preferred: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI‑PMP, or equivalent agile/Product Management credentials.
