Job Title: Lifecycle Growth Manager
Role Summary:
Drive end‑to‑end lifecycle programs that accelerate onboarding, maximize activation, and fuel revenue expansion for a conversational commerce platform. Blend product mindset, growth hacking, and marketing communication to build AI‑powered, automated journeys across email and in‑product touchpoints.
Expectations:
- Own lifecycle strategy, execution, and optimisation for email and in‑product channels.
- Deliver measurable improvements in activation, retention, NRR, and ARR.
- Scale successful journeys across customer segments and product lines.
- Communicate results and strategy to cross‑functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement personalized, AI‑enhanced lifecycle journeys using segmentation, behavioural signals, and ML techniques.
- Define, monitor, and report on lifecycle KPIs (activation, NRR, feature usage), identifying drop‑offs and scaling high‑impact tactics.
- Plan and run structured experiments (A/B, multivariate, variant routing) to test hypotheses and iterate on campaigns.
- Leverage LLM tools and prompt engineering to create, test, and QA lifecycle content aligned with brand voice and performance goals.
- Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, and CX teams to align programs with GTM strategy and ensure consistent, high‑quality experiences.
- Manage dependencies, prioritize initiatives, and drive programs to timely completion.
Required Skills:
- 4–7 years in lifecycle, customer, or growth marketing at a SaaS or PLG/ecommerce company.
- Proven record of owning lifecycle strategies that impact activation, engagement, retention, and ARR.
- Strong analytical capability: interpret usage patterns, funnel drop‑offs, and perform cohort or incrementality analysis (SQL proficiency a plus).
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs for personalization, varianting, and journey design.
- Mastery of marketing automation and data platforms (Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, Segment, HubSpot, Mixpanel, Amplitude, dbt).
- Expertise in segmentation, orchestration, and campaign analytics.
- Advanced experimentation skills: hypothesis formulation, A/B testing, sequential testing, holdouts, directional pilots.
- Excellent communication – simplify complexity and convincingly present insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Project management: prioritize, coordinate cross‑functional dependencies, and ship rapidly in a fast‑moving environment.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications in data analytics, marketing automation, or product analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, or similar) preferred.
