- 5+ years of professional experience as Lead Java/Angular Developer in structured projects.

- Experience with agile methodologies, code reviews, and process optimization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements, security, and performance standards.
- Lead development teams, mentor engineers, and facilitate technical workshops for internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize technical backlogs, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Oversee code quality, incident resolution, and architecture scalability.
- Participate in development (complex tasks), technical support, and recruitment of tech profiles.
