Job Description

**Job Title** C# Developer – Market Finance **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance components for an electronic trading platform. Work collaboratively with traders and product teams to deliver solutions that support equities, ETFs, indices, and order management in a real‑time, high‑frequency environment. **Expectations** - Deliver robust, low‑latency code in C#/.NET 6+ - Optimize performance for high‑volume data streams - Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and DevOps practices - Communicate effectively with traders and cross‑functional teams **Key Responsibilities** - Create and evolve modules for the electronic trading platform - Implement data‑feed mechanisms: publish, record, and re‑publish market data streams - Develop simulation tools (what‑if scenarios, back‑testing) - Integrate and tune external gateways and APIs - Contribute to continuous improvement: test strategies, CI/CD pipelines, automation - Collaborate with Front Office and product teams to refine requirements **Required Skills** - C#/.NET 6+ (core, memory management, threading, async/await) - Experience with real‑time, high‑frequency trading systems (order book, quotes, hedging) - Strong performance optimization, profiling, and debugging skills - Familiarity with SQL Server (schema design, performance tuning) - DevOps tools: Azure DevOps, pipelines, CI/CD - Agile development practices (Scrum/Kanban) - Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities - Proficient communication for collaboration with traders and technical stakeholders **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) - Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA/.NET, Azure Developer Associate) are a plus.
