**Job Title:** Full Stack Engineer – Enterprise Product
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and launch end‑to‑end AI‑enabled enterprise solutions. Own the full product lifecycle from concept through production, collaborating across product, design, and support functions. Deliver robust, user‑centric applications with strong observability, analytics, and reliability.
**Expectations:**
- Lead 0‑to‑1 product development for customer‑facing solutions.
- Operate as a cross‑functional owner, balancing product management, engineering, design, and support tasks.
- Demonstrate adaptability across multiple languages, frameworks, and platforms.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with teammates and stakeholders.
- Prioritize work effectively and maintain high engineering standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect, implement, and maintain both backend services and frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
- Define product requirements, create roadmaps, and manage delivery timelines.
- Integrate AI models into production workflows and ensure seamless interaction with complex, “messy” enterprise systems.
- Implement observability, monitoring, and analytics to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Iterate rapidly with customers to gather feedback, refine features, and improve the product.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and uphold best practices in software quality and security.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience delivering full‑stack, customer‑facing products from ideation to launch.
- Strong proficiency in backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, Java) and frontend development with React and TypeScript.
- Ability to act as product owner and collaborate across design, engineering, and support teams.
- Familiarity with service observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) and reliability engineering practices.
- Solid understanding of API design, micro‑services architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- No specific certifications required; relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
