UpcoMinds is a dynamic Information Technology company that provides Managed IT Services, Mobile Apps (IOS, Android), IT Consulting and Support, Software Architecture & Design, Websites & Eshops and outsourcing of talented IT personnel in Greece and abroad.

UpcoMinds was founded in Brussels in 1997 and opened its offices in Greece in 2007, and in Cyprus in 2012. The company has now clients in more than 10 countries.

Our clientele includes large international companies like IBM, Kyndryl and Starbucks, while we also proudly cater the needs of many SMEs throughout Europe.

UpcoMinds brings business and IT together by addressing the two major problems that companies face, when digitally transforming. Firstly, we design a comprehensive IT architecture for our customers and their unique business processes and secondly, we make sure that they have the best qualified IT personnel to implement it efficiently.

We grow about 30% per year in revenue and we currently employ more than 200 skilled and talented people!

Responsibilities

Qualifications
Academic Background: A recent graduate or early-career professional with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills
Knowledge of AI, cloud platforms, HPC systems, or IoT technologies.
Experience with programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is a plus.
