**Job Title:** ServiceNow Developer
**Role Summary:**
Contract-based ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, Security Incident Response, and Service Portal modules. Work within Agile SDLC, deliver on‑time, meet SLAs, and provide continuous improvement to platform best practices.
**Expectations:**
- 6‑month contract, hybrid working model (2‑3 days in office).
- Deliver high‑quality, long‑term maintainable scripts and configurations.
- Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful solution delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow modules: ITSM (Incident, Problem, Request, Change), HRSD, SIR, Vulnerability Management, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, CMDB.
- Create and maintain Workflows, Catalog Items, Transform Maps, Data Loads, MID Server configurations, and Integration points (SOAP/REST).
- Develop client‑side and server‑side scripting in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML, SQL.
- Manage deployments via Update Sets, perform unit, UAT, and post‑production testing.
- Produce technical documentation (flowcharts, diagrams, code comments).
- Conduct impact analysis, test coverage assessment, and change implementation.
- Troubleshoot incidents, resolve issues within SLA timelines.
- Participate in full SDLC, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and architecture.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB.
- Advanced scripting: JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, XML, SOAP/REST.
- Hands‑on with Transform Maps, Data Loads, Update Sets, unit testing, documentation.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Experience with Washington release (preferred).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator.
- ServiceNow Implementation Certification.
