**Job Title**
E‑Commerce Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end digital commerce strategy for a premium perfume brand. Drive growth through international online channels, optimize site performance, and oversee a cross‑functional e‑commerce team.
**Expectations**
- 8–15 years of proven leadership in managing multi‑market e‑commerce platforms, preferably with Magento.
- Strong command of all digital acquisition, merchandising, conversion, and data‑driven optimization levers.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver profitable growth, managing marketing budgets, P&L, and ROI.
- Fluency in English; awareness of RSE/e‑commerce sustainability practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and execute omnichannel e‑commerce strategy for French and international markets.
- Develop and implement SEO, SEA, social ads, affiliate, and display campaigns.
- Manage product catalogue, merchandising, promotions, inventory, and UX on adopt.com.
- Drive site performance, site architecture, and digital carbon footprint initiatives.
- Launch and maintain new international sites in partnership with IT, logistics, marketing, and retail.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the e‑commerce team, establishing clear OKRs.
- Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, ROI) and manage the e‑commerce P&L.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
- Embed responsible e‑commerce practices: eco‑friendly delivery, sustainable packaging, waste reduction.
**Required Skills**
- Strategic and operational e‑commerce leadership
- Expertise in Magento, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon, affiliate, and email marketing tools
- Data analysis, cohort analysis, funnel optimisation, A/B testing, and performance metrics
- Budgeting, forecasting, and ROI maximisation
- Team management and cross‑functional collaboration
- English communication (written & spoken)
- Knowledge of digital sustainability (carbon footprint, responsible shipping)
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field
- Preferred certifications: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Magento Certified Associate or equivalent.
