Job title: IT Hardware Coordinator Role Summary: Coordinate the end-to-end preparation and deployment of laptops, tablets, and mobile devices for new users, ensuring devices are fully configured, tested, and logged in an asset system. **Job Title** IT Program Manager **Role Summary** Oversee and deliver IT and infrastructure projects for a social‑housing organisation, acting as the primary liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders. Lead Agile teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure alignment with broader organisational objectives. **Expectations** - Drive project delivery on time, within scope and budget. - Maintain active stakeholder engagement and clear communication of progress, risks and issues. - Foster a high‑performance Agile culture, empowering teams to self‑organise and take ownership. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives). - Collaborate with stakeholders to refine, prioritise and document requirements. - Act as bridge between IT and the wider organisation, ensuring transparent communication of status, risks and decisions. - Identify, track and remove impediments to sustain team momentum and continuous improvement. - Empower development teams to self‑organise, make decisions and collectively own outcomes. - Manage multiple IT infrastructure projects concurrently, applying governance, change control and documentation standards. - Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, budget and quality KPIs, reporting to senior stakeholders. - Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives and strategy. **Required Skills** - Demonstrated experience in program/project management within social housing or a comparable sector. - Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional communication. - Proficiency in Agile frameworks; Scrum Master or equivalent certification preferred. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and integration of web services/APIs. - Solid understanding of IT infrastructure project delivery. - Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, prioritise, and handle multiple concurrent initiatives. - Analytical problem‑solving, risk mitigation, and impediment resolution. - Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related discipline. - PMI‑PMP, PgMP or equivalent programme‑management certification preferred. - Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) a plus. - Relevant cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) desirable.
