**Job Title**
Business Operations Lead – Cyber Fusion Center
**Role Summary**
Lead strategy, governance, and operational excellence for a global Cyber Fusion Center (CFC). Align cyber‑defense initiatives with business objectives, ensuring efficient procurement, budgeting, data‑driven insights, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder communication.
**Expectations**
Deliver measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost control, and threat‑response effectiveness. Represent the CFC in audits, client engagements, and internal leadership forums. Maintain awareness of evolving cyber threat landscapes and emerging technologies to inform continuous service improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Procurement & Budget Management** – coordinate tool and service acquisition, plan and track budgets, reconcile expenditures, and drive cost‑optimization.
- **Strategic Operations & Governance** – design operational governance models, establish cadences for risk reviews, and monitor performance against defined KPIs.
- **Data‑Driven Insights & Metrics** – develop dashboards (Tableau, Power BI), generate incident and threat metrics reports, and conduct forecasting/scenario analysis.
- **Governance, Risk & Compliance** – ensure adherence to NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and support audit readiness and evidence collection.
- **Partner Engagement & Communication** – prepare executive briefings, client materials, and support M&A integration efforts.
- **Fusion Collaboration** – facilitate cross‑domain coordination among cyber, physical, and threat‑intelligence teams.
- **Strategic Innovation** – contribute to evolving CFC service offerings and technology roadmaps.
- **Relationship Management** – build partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- **Documentation & Training** – create onboarding docs, training roadmaps, and translate technical processes into layman’s terms.
- **Travel** – attend occasional domestic or international meetings, trainings, audits, and project sessions.
**Required Skills**
- Business operations, program/portfolio management, and experience in cybersecurity operations.
- Audit and consulting background with knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
- Proficiency in procurement processes, financial planning, and vendor management.
- Advanced analytical skills: dashboard creation (Tableau, Power BI), data visualization, forecasting.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to executive audiences.
- Collaboration across cross‑functional teams and relationship building.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Professional certifications highly valued: PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent.
