Expectations * Deliver end‑to‑end AI and automation initiatives on time and within scope. * Ensure strong stakeholder alignment and clear communication across business and technical teams. * Demonstrate measurable improvements in process efficiency and email response times. Key Responsibilities 1. Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements for AI chatbot and automation projects. 2. Map current processes, identify bottlenecks, and define target state user journeys. 3. Translate business needs into functional specifications for developers and data scientists. 4. Coordinate with technical teams to design, build, test, and deploy scalable AI solutions. 5. Conduct user acceptance testing, validate solutions against business objectives, and facilitate rollout. 6. Monitor performance, gather metrics, and recommend iterative improvements. 7. Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables in a contract engagement environment. 8. Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations. Required Skills * Business analysis with a focus on process improvement and automation. * Experience designing, implementing, and managing AI chatbots (e.g., RPA, NLP, ML‑based conversational agents). * Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills. * Knowledge of workflow design, data flow mapping, and user journey mapping. * Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management practices. * Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * Professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred. * Experience with AI/automation platform certifications (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) is an advantage.
