Job Description: Job title: Associate Data Science Manager Role Summary: Lead a cross‑functional data science team to develop and evolve data domains and products that support business objectives. Required Skills: - Expertise in data domain architecture and data‑product development. - Strong project management skills (planning, scheduling, resource allocation). - Proficiency in Agile/SCRUM methodologies; ability to lead sprints and retrospectives. - Leadership qualities: team cohesion, motivation, mentorship, and clear communication. - Bilingual fluency in English and French. - Critical thinking, curiosity, honesty, ambition, and an entrepreneurial mindset. - Ability to collaborate with product management and engineering leads. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, IT Project Management, or equivalent field. - ≥5 years of software engineering experience. - ≥1–2 years of project management experience. - Professional certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP) are desirable but not mandatory.
