Job Description: **Job Title** Digital Project Manager (F/H) **Role Summary** Lead the cross‑regional rollout of the “Welcome” digital onboarding platform, coordinating deployment, training, and change management across the bank’s global footprint. **Expectations** - 6+ years led digital or functional projects in banking or international corporate settings. - Bilingual English (written & spoken) with additional French or other languages a plus. - Contract: 30 weeks (Feb‑Jun 2026), renewable; location Paris (hybrid up to 2.5 remote days per week). - Ability to travel to supported markets as required. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, schedule, and monitor the end‑to‑end deployment of the Welcome application for roadmap countries. - Facilitate tool usage and embed digital onboarding processes, addressing user queries. - Design and deliver internal training sessions and presentations to product adopters. - Support sensitive client implementations and gather functional feedback. - Escalate technical issues and communicate with product, IT, and compliance teams. - Liaise with Country Managers to refine processes and drive cultural change. - Define and track KPIs, producing dashboards and progress reports. - Conduct workshops, support change management initiatives, and maintain stakeholder alignment. **Required Skills** - Proven international application deployment expertise (planning, coordination, user training). - Deep understanding of client onboarding, KYC, and commercial banking processes, especially Cash Management. - Strong facilitation, coaching, and change‑management capabilities in multicultural environments. - Proficient in project‑management tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams) and advanced Excel/PowerPoint. - Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder‑centric reporting. - Solid risk, issue, and incident management experience. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - Project‑management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred.
