**Job Title:** Principal Financial Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Provide strategic finance partnering to the Structural Heart Business Director for Northwestern Europe, Greece & Israel, while managing investment needs across Western Europe. Act as trusted advisor to finance leadership, driving revenue and operating profit optimization, KPI attainment, and efficiency improvements through rigorous analysis and scenario modeling.

- Deliver actionable financial insights that influence strategic and operational decisions.
- Meet or exceed defined KPIs and financial targets.
- Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships across commercial, finance, and regional teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Interpret and explain business performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Support and influence key operational and strategic decisions.
- Present industry, competitor, and economic insights to inform strategy.
- Generate scenario analyses to advise on planning opportunities, trade‑offs, and investment needs.
- Identify, monitor, and manage business risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with commercial leaders across UK&I, Benelux, Nordics, Greece, Israel, Swiss HQ, and Western Europe leadership.
- Develop and maintain financial models, PowerBI dashboards, and AI‑enabled scenario tools.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Director of Finance – Structural Heart & Aortic Europe.
**Required Skills:**
- 7+ years of senior finance experience (investment management, financial modelling, data analysis, go‑to‑market strategy).
- Deep expertise in financial planning, performance measurement, governance, sales incentive, and pricing.
- Proficiency in PowerBI and experience building AI‑supported financial scenarios.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and long‑term.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑influencing capabilities.
- Proactive, action‑oriented, diplomatic, and initiative‑driven.
- Willingness to travel 10‑20% of the time.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional finance certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred.
