**Job Title** Facilities Operations Analyst (MD or TX) **Role Summary** Analyze, consolidate, and report on facilities operations data to support decision‑making, cost management, and vendor performance across North America sites. **Expectations** - 1 year of relevant work or internship experience in operations, procurement, supply chain, or facilities. - U.S. residency with permanent work authorization. - Ability to collaborate across functional teams and communicate findings clearly. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Compile and consolidate data from multiple platforms for streamlined reporting. 2. Research and analyze facilities operations data to inform data‑driven decisions. 3. Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics on facility performance. 4. Execute cost analyses for facilities‑related activities. 5. Interface with vendors supporting facilities, MEP, architecture, janitorial, HVAC, security, etc. 6. Review Statements of Work, invoices, metrics, and KPIs. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve common goals. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and data‑consolidation abilities. - Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or similar). - Cost‑analysis and financial assessment skills. - Vendor management and contract review experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Customer‑service orientation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business, facilities management, supply chain management, or a related field. - No additional certifications required.
