Job Description

**Job Title** Warehouse Agent **Role Summary** Responsible for handling inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, documentation, inventory control, and shipment preparation. Works with scanning systems, customs processes, and coordination across transportation and data teams to ensure accurate and compliant movement of goods. **Expectations** - Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities. - Physical ability to lift and move heavy loads. - Commitment to accuracy, honesty, and operational excellence. - Strong organizational and communication skills across multilingual teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Receive, verify and scan incoming goods; apply required exceptions and documentation. - Prepare outbound shipments: load, label, scan, and release through TUNDRA, OPSYS, and other systems. - Coordinate customs inspections, weightings, and clearance for import and export. - Update warehouse status and maintain accurate inventory records. - Collaborate with transportation, data, brokerage, and service teams on manifest and delivery scheduling. - Process hazardous material shipments in compliance with regulations. - Conduct physical inspections, weigh and scan items for shipping and customs. - Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, audit, and incident reporting. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in French, English, and Arabic. - IT literacy including basic math operations. - Experience using warehouse scanning systems (e.g., TUNDRA, SWIFTAIR, IDIS, OPSYS). - Knowledge of inventory principles and hazardous material handling. - Strong problem‑solving, logical reasoning, and attention to detail. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid forklift/operator license (if required by the employer).
