Job Description

Job Title: Venture Professional – Corporate Innovation & Startup Engagement Role Summary: Deliver end-to-end innovation services for corporate clients, combining venture strategy, co‑venturing, and venture building to embed an entrepreneurial mindset and launch new high‑growth products. Expectations: - Manage client projects from strategy development to execution. - Lead small multidisciplinary teams and serve as the primary client interface. - Navigate complex B2B environments, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and drive tangible outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Define investment and innovation theses aligned with client business priorities. - Design and run collaboration programs with startups, including accelerator participation (e.g., StartupBootcamp). - Build and launch new ventures on behalf of corporates, from concept to MVP. - Provide hands‑on consulting in strategy, product design, and execution. - Facilitate workshops, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure project milestones are met. - Maintain knowledge of emerging trends in entrepreneurship, startup ecosystems, and relevant industry domains. Required Skills: - Project management and client‑facing communication. - Strategic thinking with ability to translate business priorities into venture opportunities. - Familiarity with startup accelerators, VC, or venture‑building environments. - Problem‑solving in ambiguous, fast‑changing settings. - Team leadership and cross‑functional collaboration. - B2B industry awareness (construction, shipping, financial services, industrials, climate tech – preferred). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. - 3–10 years of relevant experience (Venture Builder, Innovation Consultancy, Startup, VC, Consulting, or Investment Bank). - Demonstrated hands‑on startup or venture building experience (minimum 6‑month internship for entry level).
