Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Transformation Manager **Role Summary:** Lead a 12‑month global digital transformation programme within a law firm, focusing on the implementation of a new digital workplace and content platform. Manage end‑to‑end change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and governance across multiple jurisdictions. **Expectations:** Deliver the transformation on time, within scope, and with measurable business value; demonstrate ability to work independently and drive cross‑functional collaboration; influence senior leadership and secure buy‑in for digital and AI initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the design, rollout, and adoption of the firm‑wide digital content platform. - Develop and execute change management strategy, communications plan, and stakeholder engagement activities across jurisdictions. - Partner with senior stakeholders, legal professionals, and IT teams to ensure seamless implementation. - Oversee project governance, risk, issue management, and performance tracking. - Champion AI and Generative AI integration where applicable. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience leading large‑scale transformation or change programmes in legal or professional services. - Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with authority at senior leadership level. - Ability to manage multi‑jurisdictional projects, including governance, risk, and issue resolution. - Experience with AI/GenAI implementation highly desirable. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Law, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent) preferred.
