Job Description
Job title: Product Marketing Manager Role Summary: Own the end‑to‑end product‑to‑market cycle for a fast‑growing B2B SaaS measurement platform. Drive launch plans, cross‑functional alignment, adoption measurement, and iterative feedback loops to generate measurable business impact. Expectations: • Minimum 2 years in product marketing, product ops or growth within a B2B SaaS environment. • Proven ability to plan and execute launches from concept to adoption with clear ownership and timelines. • Strong roadmap discipline, stage‑gate management, and follow‑through across multiple teams. • Experience crafting enablement assets that demystify complex product capabilities. • Comfortable turning data and customer insights into actionable decisions. • Willingness to experiment with generative AI tools to enhance marketing and enablement output. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) plans for new products and major releases. • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, CS) to ensure consistent messaging and delivery. • Define and track success metrics (feature adoption, time‑to‑value, satisfaction) and close the feedback loop to product and roadmap. • Create, maintain, and standardise enablement assets (decks, one‑pagers, playbooks, FAQs). • Facilitate a structured launch‑to‑adoption process with validation checklists and post‑launch reviews. • Collaborate on positioning and messaging, simplifying complex capabilities into clear customer stories. • Monitor adoption trends, report insights, and communicate updates to stakeholders, shaping future GTM priorities. Required Skills: • Product marketing and launch management. • Roadmap and stage‑gate execution. • Enablement content creation. • Data interpretation and insight derivation. • Strong communication and stakeholder management. • Familiarity with GTM tools (GA4, Shopify, CRM analytics, Notion, Jira, enablement platforms). • Bonus: Knowledge of measurement, MMM/MTA, or ad‑tech ecosystems. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Product Marketing Manager, Certified Scrum Product Owner) preferred but not mandatory.
