Job Description

Job title: Senior Software Engineer Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end development of high‑impact features and scalable core systems using Python, React, SQL, and dbt. Deliver reliable, testable code across the stack while collaborating closely with Product, QA, and Data teams. Lead technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, and continuously improve tooling and developer experience. Expectations: Demonstrate ownership from design through deployment; thrive in an agile, high‑growth environment; simplify complex systems; embrace emerging GenAI capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack features (backend APIs, frontend interfaces). - Ensure reliability and scalability of data and application platforms. - Collaborate with Product, QA, and Data teams to deliver high‑quality releases on schedule. - Write maintainable, testable, production‑grade code. - Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning. - Champion continuous improvement of tooling, automation, and developer experience. - Mentor junior engineers and elevate overall code quality. - Explore and integrate GenAI solutions within engineering workflows. Required Skills: - Proven full‑stack experience with Python, React, and SQL; familiarity with dbt a strong plus. - Strong understanding of software design, testing, and deployment best practices. - Experience in agile, fast‑growth environments with end‑to‑end ownership mindset. - Ability to scale systems and simplify complexity. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience may be considered).
