**Job title**
Project Coordinator – Nuclear Projects (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Lead schedule planning and technical coordination for multiple nuclear projects across the full lifecycle. Collaborate with engineering, construction, procurement, and regulatory teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
**Expactations**
- 5+ years in project management, technical coordination, or construction oversight, preferably within nuclear or high‑regulation sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary schedules and interfaces.
- Experience using Agile or iterative planning approaches is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills; able to identify technical risks, schedule constraints, and cost variances, then develop mitigation actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to synthesize progress for senior stakeholders.
- Adaptive, self‑directed, and able to thrive in a dynamic, compliance‑heavy environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create, update, and maintain detailed project schedules in coordination with technical, site, and procurement teams.
- Drive coordination among multiple disciplines, ensuring interface coherence and conflict resolution.
- Track progress against milestones, identify risks, and define corrective action plans to safeguard schedules, budgets, and safety.
- Consolidate and communicate a unified view of project status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead design reviews, progress meetings, and documentation change‑control sessions.
- Support the Delivery Manager in meeting contractual commitments and timelines.
- Monitor implementation of design changes affecting documentation, drawings, and specifications.
- Maintain documentation and reporting that satisfies regulator and client requirements.
**Required Skills**
- Project management & scheduling (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
- Technical coordination across engineering, site construction, and procurement.
- Risk monitoring and mitigation.
- Interface management and stakeholder communication.
- Agile/iterative project methodologies.
- Regulatory awareness of nuclear safety and quality standards.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s (Bac+5) or Master’s degree in Engineering (generalist or specialisation in energy, mechanical, or nuclear safety).
- Relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2, ISO 14001, or equivalents) are desirable but not mandatory.
