**Job Title:** Assistant Marketing Manager, Starbucks Coffee Enhancers
**Role Summary:**
Supports the strategic growth of the Starbucks Coffee Enhancers portfolio by developing market insights, driving product innovations and launches, and coordinating cross‑functional execution. Acts as a brand steward, delivering data‑driven recommendations and collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve profitability and brand objectives.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver fact‑based analysis to inform consumer, customer, and portfolio decisions.
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of innovation, renovation, and launch projects.
- Manage packaging, pricing, promotion, merchandising, and distribution tactics aligned with brand plans.
- Present monthly brand and competitive performance reviews using market data tools.
- Support budget tracking, monthly priority meetings, and the 18‑month brand plan development.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies on high‑profile initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct market, consumer, and sales analysis (e.g., Nielsen) to guide strategy.
- Own launch activities: research, volume forecasting, packaging & product development, sales kits, samples, and presentation decks.
- Design and implement packaging, pricing, promotional, and merchandising strategies.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance dashboards and competitive reviews.
- Oversee budget management and status reporting for marketing projects.
- Utilize brand and marketplace data to shape the 18‑month brand plan within the 3‑year roadmap.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders (sales, finance, R&D, agencies) to ensure timely, high‑quality execution.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital data tools.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; comfortable interpreting market data.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across matrixed teams.
