**Job Title**: Senior Marketing Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead regional marketing programs to drive pipeline, strengthen customer relationships, and build brand engagement across EMEA. Translate global marketing strategies into localized plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns, account-based initiatives, and field activations. Shape EMEA marketing tactics aligned with business goals and vertical priorities.
**Expectations**
Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies to achieve measurable revenue growth. Manage cross-functional coordination with GTM, sales, product marketing, and demand gen teams. Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including event logistics, budgeting, and multichannel content localization. Deliver data-driven insights to optimize program performance and reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and own EMEA field marketing strategy linked to business goals, ICPs, and industry verticals.
- Align with sales/leadership on target accounts, pipeline targets, and regional priorities.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated programs (events, ABM campaigns, field activations) to drive engagement.
- Develop localized content, messaging, and experiences for target personas.
- Manage program logistics, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication for flawless execution.
- Collaborate with GTM, Event Operations, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing to align initiatives.
- Track and report on program success using metrics like pipeline, conversion rates, and engagement.
**Required Skills**
- 7–10 years of B2B field marketing experience in SaaS or high-growth tech, with ABM and integrated campaign expertise.
- Proven ability to build and execute regional strategies driving pipeline/revenue outcomes.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, enterprise GTM motions, and account-based approaches.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with influence over stakeholders and leadership.
- Mastery of marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo), project tools (Asana), and event tech (Cvent, Splash).
- Data-driven orientation with analytical skills for performance measurement and optimization.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Certifications in marketing automation, ABM, or digital marketing are beneficial but not required.
