Job Title: Global Strategic Account Executive (EMEA)
Role Summary:
Lead end-to-end sales cycle for high‑value multinational accounts, driving new business and expansion within existing enterprise clients across the EMEA region. Act as trusted advisor to C‑level executives, delivering ROI and shaping adoption of a comprehensive AI‑powered sales workflow platform.
Expactations:
- Achieve or surpass quarterly/annual revenue targets from assigned global accounts.
- Build and sustain long‑term relationships with multi‑entity decision makers.
- Close complex, high‑value contracts and manage end‑to‑end negotiations.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure smooth delivery.
- Navigate partner ecosystems, compete proactively, and adapt to regional cultural nuances.
- Maintain pristine data hygiene in CRM, provide accurate forecasts, and deliver insights.
- Travel internationally as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect, qualify, and convert large enterprise accounts across multiple countries.
2. Design and execute strategic account plans, including account segmentation, growth targets, and renewal strategies.
3. Conduct high‑stakes negotiations with CROs, CEOs, CFOs, and COOs; articulate value and ROI.
4. Partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, CS) to align go‑to‑market initiatives and enable seamless customer onboarding.
5. Monitor competitive landscape, recommend differentiation tactics, and update sales playbooks.
6. Ensure high usage and adoption metrics, driving upsell and expansion within existing clients.
7. Maintain comprehensive pipeline documentation, activity logs, and performance metrics in Salesforce/Outreach.io.
8. Represent the brand at industry events, partner forums, and client executive summits.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years global enterprise sales experience, preferably SaaS or technology‑focused.
- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets in complex, multinational accounts.
- Expertise in selling complex solutions, understanding of finance or telecom verticals (advantage).
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influence skills in multicultural contexts.
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially German, is highly desirable.
- Strong command of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Outreach.io) and sales automation tools.
- Valid knowledge of data hygiene best practices and asynchronous collaboration tools (Slack, MS Office, Zoom, Webex).
- High integrity, business acumen, and ability to present ROI and performance metrics.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications in sales methodology (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC), or advanced CRM training are a plus.
