Job Description
**Job Title:** Social Impact Coordinator **Role Summary:** Coordinate and ensure accurate reporting, governance, and regulatory compliance for Social Impact programmes supporting vulnerable customers. Combine data analysis, financial administration, and social value measurement to deliver actionable insights and maintain robust audit standards. **Expectations:** - Deliver precise MI packs and regulatory reports on schedule. - Maintain governance, transparency, and data integrity across all initiatives. - Support financial tracking, invoice processing, and purchase order management. - Conduct SROI and social value calculations using industry frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, track, and review partner reporting to meet contractual and regulatory requirements (e.g., FPNES, VCMA). - Create and audit reports for Careline, Safe & Warm, and Care and Repair programmes; produce senior‑leadership MI packs. - Perform detailed Social Return on Investment (SROI) analysis and social value assessments. - Manage the VCMA Finance Tracker: raise/manage purchase orders, monitor invoices, reconcile accounts, and prepare data for regulatory filing. - Lead audit and compliance activities; ensure robust data management and governance. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams while independently handling assigned tasks. **Required Skills:** - Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, Power Query, conditional formatting, charts/graphs). - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and customer‑facing IT systems. - Strong analytical ability to interpret large data sets, identify trends, and present insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - High attention to detail, ethical handling of sensitive data, and strong problem‑solving skills. - Ability to learn new systems quickly and work under deadlines. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum Level 2 qualifications in Mathematics and English (preferred). - Desirable: knowledge of regulatory frameworks (RIIO, VCMA governance), GDPR/data governance, and experience in financial administration (POs, invoicing, reconciliations).
