**Job Title:** AI & Generative AI Practice Lead
**Role Summary:**
Lead and expand the AI/GenAI practice for a digital transformation consultancy. Drive high‑impact AI projects, develop new business opportunities, and build a high‑performing multidisciplinary team while ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
**Expectations:**
- Deep technical expertise in AI, large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation, machine learning, and large‑scale production.
- Proven consulting background with experience delivering complex AI projects and managing client relationships.
- Strong business development acumen to identify, qualify, and win AI opportunities.
- Effective leadership and mentoring skills to grow and inspire consulting teams.
- Excellent communication, ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences, and professional autonomy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and oversee AI/GenAI engagements, ensuring quality, timelines, and technical direction.
- Translate complex AI topics into clear, business‑focused language for stakeholders (business, IT, data, executive).
- Contribute to practice strategy, design service offerings, and create compelling value propositions.
- Drive prospecting activities, prepare proposals, and support pre‑sales presentations.
- Manage, coach, and develop consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Promote best practices, thought leadership, and visibility of the AI practice internally and externally.
**Required Skills:**
- Advanced knowledge of data science, machine learning, LLMs, RAG, AI model deployment and scaling.
- Experience in AI consultancy, project delivery, and client engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to craft differentiated AI value propositions and participate in sales cycles.
- Strong leadership, team‑building, and mentorship capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at stakeholder management across functions.
- High degree of autonomy, rigor, and professional maturity.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS/Azure AI, Google Cloud ML) are a plus.
