Job Description
**Job Title** Associate – Housing Management **Role Summary** Provide high‑quality legal support for housing management matters across the public, voluntary and private sectors. Manage a caseload of residential claims, liaise with clients and partners, and contribute to business development. **Expactations** - Deliver practical, first‑class legal advice to clients. - Maintain independent caseload management with support from paralegals and senior lawyers. - Identify and pursue opportunities to grow and attract clients. **Key Responsibilities** - Advise on and manage civil injunctions, residential possession claims, anti‑social behaviour, and housing disrepair cases. - Handle high‑quality litigation caseloads in housing management. - Collaborate closely with partners, lawyers, and paralegals to achieve client objectives. - Support business development activities, including client outreach and case acquisition. **Required Skills** - Strong client‑facing communication and advisory skills. - Technical proficiency in housing legislation and litigation processes. - Experience managing litigation cases, anti‑social behaviour, possession claims, injunctions, and disrepair. - Ability to work independently while coordinating with a legal team. - Business‑development mindset for client growth. **Required Education & Certifications** - Qualified solicitor or equivalent legal qualification in England & Wales (or a license to practice law). - Completed relevant housing management or property law training preferred. - Continuous professional development in housing law and litigation.
