Job Description: **Job Title:** Head of Delivery **Role Summary:** Leads and optimizes cross-functional delivery processes, fostering collaboration, innovation, and compliance across distributed teams. Focus on scaling delivery practices for complex digital health programs while ensuring regulatory adherence. **Expactations:** - Proven leadership in overseeing delivery management teams and complex product/service programs. - Expertise in driving continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making. - Strong capability in aligning delivery strategies with organizational goals across global teams. - Experience managing Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) compliance frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Strategize and streamline delivery practices to reduce risk, delays, and inefficiencies. 2. Lead and develop a distributed delivery management team, prioritizing mentorship and professional growth. 3. Implement adaptive methodologies (Agile, Lean) to improve transparency, collaboration, and value delivery. 4. Oversee SaMD regulatory compliance by collaborating with product, engineering, and clinical teams. 5. Coordinate cross-functional programs, resolving interdependencies and prioritizing stakeholder alignment. 6. Champion operational excellence through performance metrics and organizational process optimization. 7. Facilitate stakeholder communication, escalating and resolving strategic delivery risks transparently. 8. Foster a remote-first culture, enabling distributed teams to collaborate effectively and innovate. **Required Skills:** - Strategic leadership in multi-disciplinary program delivery (complex, global contexts). - Mastery of Agile/Lean frameworks and DevOps practices for iterative product development. - Demonstrated ability to manage regulatory compliance (SaMD, digital health). - Cross-functional collaboration expertise (product management, engineering, clinical, service delivery). - Data-driven decision-making and reporting on delivery KPIs. - Advanced conflict mediation and stakeholder negotiation skills. - Proficiency in digital tools for project management and distributed team coordination. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or business. - Demonstrable expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). - Familiarity with ISO, FDA, or other regulatory standards for medical software. - Project/Program Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
