**Job Title** Relationship Manager **Role Summary** Solely responsible for contract renewals, upselling, and expansion within designated NHS and partner accounts. Builds and sustains strategic relationships with commissioners, providers, and other stakeholders to secure new opportunities and elevate service uptake. **Expectations** - Secure contract renewals and maintain pricing alignment. - Achieve growth targets through upsells, expansions, and new model development. - Deliver evidence of service impact to commissioners and stakeholders. - Collaborate with central teams to produce timely, accurate reporting and analytics. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Account Management & Customer Success** - Drive renewals and negotiate pricing. - Prepare business‑case proposals and tender support. - Transition relationships to Integrated Care Systems (ICS) and Health Boards. - Identify and develop new service opportunities aligned with local priorities. 2. **Stakeholder Management** - Cultivate relationships with NHS providers, health trusts, and partner agencies. - Engage senior decision‑makers across statutory, independent, and charitable entities. - Present outcomes and impact to commissioners, providers, and end‑users. 3. **Analytics, Reporting & Insights** - Collect and analyze performance data; produce insights for continuous improvement. - Maintain Salesforce records: contacts, leads, opportunities, and activity logs. - Update Account Plans and forecast accurately. 4. **Branding & Engagement** - Align engagement strategies with local health‑care governance and priorities. - Coordinate with Engagement teams to promote services. **Required Skills** - Proven track record in NHS or healthcare contract renewals and upsell. - Experience securing tenders and translating them into service agreements. - Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building with commissioners and providers. - Excellent business‑case development, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Analytical ability to interpret data, extract insights, and communicate impact. - Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office. - Knowledge of health and social inequalities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. - Professional certifications in sales, account management, or healthcare procurement (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person, NHS Procurement Certificate) preferred.
