Job Description
Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive Role Summary: Drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding existing relationships through end‑to‑end sales cycles, aligning solutions with client business objectives. Expectations: Achieve new logo acquisition targets, meet quarterly revenue goals, and maintain a robust pipeline. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver tailored technology solutions. Key Responsibilities - Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise accounts, managing full sales cycle. - Serve as primary contact for key client stakeholders, understanding and addressing their strategic needs. - Develop and execute account strategies with internal teams to secure renewals, expansions, and upsells. - Maintain accurate sales records, provide timely forecasts, and report pipeline status to leadership. - Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful implementation and adoption. Required Skills - Advanced presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with senior buyers. - Strong analytical ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions using data. - Deep understanding of enterprise software sales, cloud deployments, and multi‑product solutions. - Experience in solution‑based sales, HRTech / SkillsTech / EdTech markets, and EMEA workforce development. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a consultative tech sales environment. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
