**Job Title**
Global Human Resources Business Partner
**Role Summary**
Strategically partner with senior leaders in the Engineering organization to design, execute, and evolve the People Strategy aligned with the broader R&D vision. Drive organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and inclusion initiatives while delivering core HR programs and analytics to support business outcomes.
**Expectations**
- 10+ years of HR experience in progressive business partner and leadership roles, preferably in high‑growth, global organizations.
- Proven ability to operate in a business‑first mindset, driving programs that deliver measurable business results.
- Comfortable working across multiple HR functions (strategy, operations, analytics, DEI) and across geographies.
- Must reside in a Pacific Time Zone location within Canada to collaborate effectively with APAC teams.
- Strong executive presence, data‑driven decision making, and a proven track record of simplifying complex problems.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Partner with Engineering leadership to develop and execute a People Strategy & Roadmap that supports organizational vision and long‑term growth.
2. Collaborate with regional HRBPs, Centres of Excellence, Strategy & Operations partners to implement talent strategy and operational plans.
3. Design future organizational models, factoring product strategy, revenue targets, geographic expansion, and digital‑first objectives.
4. Deploy core HR processes/programs developed by COEs to the engineering function, coordinating with local and regional HR teams.
5. Utilize People Analytics tools to provide actionable insights, trend analyses, and recommend actions for planning, program design, and success measurement.
6. Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives to support scaling.
7. Champion a culture of inclusion by embedding DEI strategies into talent acquisition, manager development, employee experience, and overall organizational health.
8. Coach senior leaders on talent strategy, organizational issues, and leadership development.
9. Build and refine programs in partnership with Regional HR Partners, COEs, and Sales/G&A Operations teams.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Preferred HR professional certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SP, HRCI, SPHR) – not mandatory but advantageous.
