**Job Title:** Senior Salesforce Developer
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, development, and administration of Salesforce solutions for the client servicing domain, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and optimal performance. Work autonomously to translate business needs into scalable, secure Salesforce workflows, case management, and integrations with third‑party SaaS solutions.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality, maintainable Apex and Lightning components in a regulated environment.
- Act as a technical steward and subject‑matter expert for Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud within the financial services context.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with business stakeholders, product owners, and integration teams to meet project objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with project owners to capture and document CRM requirements.
- Participate in solution design discussions and define technical architecture.
- Administer and optimize Salesforce applications across multiple clouds (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Create and maintain workflows, case management processes, and declarative automation.
- Design, develop, and integrate APIs with third‑party solutions (e.g., Jitterbit, DocuSign, Conga CPQ).
- Troubleshoot and resolve Apex, integration, and platform bugs.
- Produce technical documentation, architecture wikis, and operational playbooks.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and integrity of all Salesforce assets.
- Monitor system health and performance, applying best practices for scalability.
**Required Skills:**
- • Salesforce Administrator and Developer with strong Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulated industry (finance, banking, payments).
- • Deep knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CRM.
- • Proficiency in version control, release management, and CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado).
- • Experience with API integration platforms (Jitterbit or equivalent).
- • Familiarity with document generation (DocuSign, Conga CPQ).
- • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and/or Platform Developer I (PDIP) – certificates strongly preferred.
- Additional Salesforce platform or integration certifications a plus.
