**Job Title:** Product Developer **Role Summary:** Lead end-to-end product development for motorcycle apparel and accessories, coordinating cross-functional teams to design and produce high-quality, market-relevant products aligned with brand DNA. **Expectations:** Strategic oversight of collections from concept to production, ensuring technical innovation, quality compliance, and timely execution while adapting to industry trends and customer demands. Collaboration with external designers, suppliers, and company stakeholders is essential. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage full product lifecycle, including design, prototyping, sourcing, and production. - Develop and execute strategic vision for seasonal product collections. - Conceptualize products based on market research, trends, and customer insights. - Coordinate with designers to create technical sketches and prototypes. - Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials, monitor samples, and ensure timely delivery. - Maintain documentation of design specifications, production timelines, costs, and quality standards. - Continuously refine product designs to enhance functionality and market appeal. **Required Skills:** - Product development or technical design in technical apparel (motorcycle gear, waterproof clothing, gloves, footwear). - Expertise in material sourcing, fabric technicality, and production coordination. - Strong organizational and project management capabilities. - Excellent communication and teamwork to collaborate across global teams. - Strategic mindset for collection development and brand alignment. **Required Education & Certifications:** Degree in Product Development, Fashion Design, Fashion Engineering, or related discipline. Prior experience in technical garment development is mandatory. Affinity for motorcycle culture advantageous.
