* En mode >, nos centres de services pilotes par Vulcain prennent en charge une partie du projet du client. Les etudes au forfait dispensees dans nos bureaux d'etudes ou en plateau chez le client realisent des projets avec un engagement de resultats.

* En complement, a la demande de nos clients, nous dispensons des formations techniques adaptees au besoin en ingenierie de ces derniers.

Job Title: Contract Manager IT Role Summary: Manage the entire lifecycle of IT-related contracts—including software, infrastructure, cloud services, and network provisions—across the organization, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Expectations: Deliver accurate contract mapping, develop and enforce a comprehensive contract management plan, optimize contractual models, and support internal teams through negotiations and compliance monitoring. Key Responsibilities: - Map and maintain a current inventory of all IT contracts. - Design and implement a high‑performance contract management framework. - Review and refine contract templates, clauses, and annexes for clarity and risk alignment. - Track contractual obligations, deliverables, penalties, and performance metrics. - Lead contract committees, manage amendments, scope changes, and reclamations. - Identify critical clauses, assess legal and operational risks, and propose corrective actions. - Advise internal stakeholders during negotiations and promote best contract practices. - Capture lessons learned, update reference models, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills: - Strategic contract mapping and governance. - Expertise in IT contracting: software licensing, infrastructure, cloud services (SaaS, IaaS), networking. - Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex contractual language. - Risk assessment and mitigation. - Effective stakeholder coordination and communication. - Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent contract portfolios. - Proficiency in contract lifecycle management tools and documentation. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum 5 years’ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Information Technology, Procurement, Project Management, or equivalent. - Certified Contract Management professional (e.g., CSM, CCM, or equivalent) preferred. - Additional certifications in IT procurement or risk management are advantageous.
