**Job Title:** ServiceNow Developer
**Role Summary:**
Design, build, and optimize ServiceNow CMDB functionality, implementing Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SAM modules to enhance asset visibility and operational efficiency.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality CMDB solutions within an Agile environment.
- Maintain data integrity, integration performance, and system reliability.
- Produce clear technical documentation and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Configure CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping components (CI identification, reconciliation rules, relationship models, MID Server setup).
- Develop and maintain REST, SOAP, and JDBC integrations with external systems.
- Troubleshoot CMDB, Discovery, and integration issues end‑to‑end.
- Collaborate with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SAM teams to ensure data consistency across modules.
- Support platform upgrades and enforce ServiceNow best practices.
- Create solution designs, technical documentation, and integration guidelines.
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years as a ServiceNow Developer or Engineer.
- Deep expertise in CMDB architecture, Discovery patterns, and CI relationships.
- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with at least one of: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or SAM modules.
- Strong knowledge of integration protocols: REST, SOAP, JDBC.
- Ability to produce comprehensive technical documentation and solution designs.
- Familiarity with Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred).
