**Job Title** Business Development Lead – AI Services **Role Summary** Lead commercial expansion in MENA and support the European market for an AI data services provider. Drive new business acquisition and account expansion, build strategic partnerships, and translate market trends into actionable plans to grow AI, LLM, and data‑centric verticals. **Expectations** - Achieve quarterly revenue targets and pipeline goals in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and selected European markets. - Develop a robust partnership ecosystem with government entities, tech hubs, academic institutions, and enterprise clients. - Deliver customized proposals, pricing models, and service packages that align with client needs and internal capabilities. - Provide actionable market intelligence to inform product and service development. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Contribute to commercial strategy for Europe and MENA, focusing on high‑growth markets. 2. Identify, cultivate, and close relationships with regional stakeholders and enterprise clients. 3. Translate regional trends into tailored business plans and solutions in collaboration with the Solutions team. 4. Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts across AI, LLM, and data‑centric verticals. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, pricing, and service packages. 6. Represent the company at regional conferences, industry events, and client meetings. 7. Provide market intelligence and feedback to guide product development and service innovation. **Required Skills** - Proven business development or commercial leadership experience in Europe and MENA. - Strong network and track record of building partnerships and closing deals in AI, data services, or technology sectors. - Deep understanding of regional business culture, regulatory environments, and commercial dynamics. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (preferred). - Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into strategic actions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Relevant certifications in sales, business development, or AI industry knowledge (e.g., Certified Commercial Strategy Professional, AI/ML certifications) are a plus.
