Job Description

**Job Title:** Full Stack Engineer **Role Summary:** Build and scale a real‑time safe‑connectivity platform across web, iOS, and Android. Partner with the CTO to design architecture, develop front‑end and back‑end services, and deliver end‑to‑end features that protect children and families. **Expectations:** - Produce production‑grade code from day one. - Own features across the stack (frontend, backend, DevOps). - Collaborate with small, rapid teams; iterate quickly on user feedback. - Contribute to product direction and measurable safeguarding outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain real‑time web apps, mobile apps, and backend services. - Design and implement responsive interfaces with React / React Native / Kotlin Multiplatform. - Build, optimise, and deploy backend services using Hono, Postgres, AWS, Docker, Pulumi/SST, and Kamailio. - Implement mobile network management, device control (MDM), and AI‑driven safeguarding tools. - Work closely with the engineering team on architecture, scalability, and security. - Ship features rapidly, iterate based on pilot and large‑scale rollouts, and measure user impact. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years as a senior engineer or technical lead in lean teams. - Strong Typescript proficiency; React, React Native, and Kotlin Multiplatform experience. - Backend expertise: Hono, Postgres, AWS, Docker, Pulumi/SST. - Experience building real‑time web and mobile applications. - Knowledge of networking (Layer 3+) and secure communication protocols. - Familiarity with voice/SMS platforms (Twilio, SIP Trunks). - Understanding of mobile network architecture and MDM frameworks. - Clean architecture mindset, focus on reliability and UX. - DevOps competence (CI/CD, containerisation, cloud deployment). - Collaborative, ownership‑driven, and impact‑focused mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - No specific certifications required.
