**Job Title**
SI Urban Planner (IT Architecture Planner)
**Role Summary**
Design, govern, and optimize an enterprise IT system to ensure agility, performance, security, and scalability. Provide short‑ and long‑term architecture strategies, manage technology evolution, and collaborate with functional architects and development teams to deliver robust, interoperable solutions.
**Expectations**

- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost stewardship of the IT portfolio.
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and regulatory compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and maintain the overall technical architecture, standards, and guidelines.
- Ensure interoperability and consistency across technical components.
- Conduct performance analysis, propose scalability and resilience enhancements.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies, assessing impact on existing systems.
- Coordinate with security teams to enforce data protection, continuity, and compliance.
- Govern the lifecycle of technology contracts to control cost of ownership.
- Conduct technology road‑mapping, scenario planning, and risk assessment.
- Facilitate collaboration between operations, development, and external partners.
- Promote an autonomous, low‑dependency IT environment and build internal capabilities.
**Required Skills**
- Expertise in Microsoft (Windows Server 2016‑2022, AD, Azure AD, Office365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
- Experience with Linux (RedHat) and virtualization (VMware, VSAN, Dell VxRail).
- Knowledge of backup (Dell IDPA/Avamar), monitoring (Centreon), orchestration (VTOM).
- Familiarity with application stacks: PHP, Oracle, Azure Data Factory, PowerBI, Drupal, Salesforce, SAP.
- Strong governance, budgeting, and risk‑management abilities.
- Strategic vision, leadership, stakeholder communication, and change‑management skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, VMware Certified Professional, Red Hat Certified Architect, or equivalent.
