Required Skills: - Strong analytical aptitude with proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts). - Project management experience, including planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination. - Client‑service orientation with a focus on beneficiary value and internal stakeholder satisfaction. - Flexibility, creative problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities. - Effective written and verbal communication, including report preparation and stakeholder briefings. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within diverse teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or Master’s (Bac+5) in Management, Business, Commerce, or Marketing. - No mandatory certification required, though experience in public sector program management is an advantage.
