Job Description
**Job Title:** Regional Sales Manager, France (Enterprise) **Role Summary:** Senior enterprise sales executive responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion in the French IT and security landscape. Manages full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on Fortune 500 and large CISCO/CIO accounts. **Expectations:** - Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. - Secure and grow 7‑figure enterprise deals. - Acquire new logos from scratch and expand existing opportunities. - Maintain a healthy forecast and lead pipeline. - Foster long‑term customer relationships and champion client success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the territory. - Generate and qualify leads, building a robust sales pipeline. - Articulate Cribl’s value proposition to engineering, finance, and CxO audiences. - Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with channel partners to drive demand and expand reach. - Utilize MEDDIC framework for opportunity qualification and progression. - Track performance metrics, forecast accurately, and report to leadership. - Maintain up‑to‑date records in CRM and financial systems. **Required Skills:** - 7+ years in enterprise security or IT sales to Fortune 1000+ organizations. - Proven track record of securing 7‑figure deals and expanding accounts. - Experience selling SIEM, observability, and related security solutions. - Strong channel sales background and ability to generate unsolicited demand. - Proficiency with MEDDIC or similar sales qualification methodology. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. - Self‑motivated, highly accountable, and adaptable to remote work conditions. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. - Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, or equivalent are a plus.
