**Job Title:** Microsoft Power Platform Developer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and deploy scalable business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas and Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate). Integrate these solutions with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and other Microsoft services, ensuring secure, high‑performance, and governable deployments. **Expectations:** Provide end‑to‑end development of Power Platform solutions, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance, while maintaining best practices in security, performance, and governance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design & develop Canvas and Model‑Driven Apps that meet business needs. - Build, test, and optimize Power Automate flows for process automation and system integration. - Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 CE and ancillary Microsoft services (Dataverse, Azure). - Extend Power Platform using Dataverse, custom connectors, and Power Fx. - Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate them into technical designs. - Apply ALM practices for versioning, packaging, and deployment of solutions. - Implement security roles, environment strategies, and data policies. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in apps and flows. - Keep abreast of new Microsoft Power Platform releases and incorporate relevant features. **Required Skills:** - Hands‑on Power Apps (Canvas + Model‑Driven) development. - Advanced Power Automate workflow creation. - Dynamics 365 CE customization & integration. - Dataverse, Power Fx, and solution architecture proficiency. - ALM for Power Platform (solution packaging, source control). - Understanding of security roles, environment strategy, and data policies. - Problem‑solving and clear communication. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Microsoft Certified: PL‑100 (Power Platform Functional Analyst) or PL‑200 (Power Platform Functional Developer) or PL‑400 (Power Platform Developer). - Associate or higher level education in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience. ---
